Welcome to Sum Solutions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our applications and any related services provided by us (collectively referred to as the “Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Premium Subscription

a. Our Apps offer premium versions which provide users with some exclusive premium features.
b. Access to the Premium Version requires the purchase of a subscription, which is billed on a recurring basis.
c. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account/ Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase.

3. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

a. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
b. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the Appstore/Playstore after purchase.

4. Privacy Policy

b. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

a. All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, used in connection with our Service are owned or licensed by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

ii. any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
iii. any content obtained from the Service; and

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Please note that the applicable terms may vary depending on your location. In the event of a dispute, we will try to resolve it amicably. If we are unable to do so, the following will apply:

For users in the European Union: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For users in the United States: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For users in all other jurisdictions: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your place of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the aforementioned jurisdictions for the resolution of any and all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and your use of the Service.
